Main responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets through various clients’ acquisition channels.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Be the point of contact for new and existing clients, become a partner to their business and provide consultative selling and advice.
  • Demonstrate a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the manage ment team.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (legal/financial/economics/management).
  • Work experience in a similar sphere will be calculated as an advantage.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent command of English and Russian (both verbal and written communication).
  • Sense of responsibility, accuracy, ability to find a way out of non-standard situations, focus on results.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to learn and the ability to quickly learn new information.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, excellent organizational skills.
  • This position requires occasional business trips.

Main responsibilities:

• Review Online Merchants’ businesses profiles in line with Company’s procedures,
acceptance policies and International Cards Organizations’ regulations.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Apply the principle of KYC during the process of on-boarding.
• Accomplish full cycle of clients on-boarding and accounts opening (except sales).
• Collaborate with external partners, including contracts and agreements
negotiation, according to Company’s internal rules and procedures.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Demonstrate a willing to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Create regular reports and update internal system.
• Suggest more efficient ways to run process faster.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Law/Finance/Economics/Management).
• Work experience as an Account manager or similar position at least 1 year.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent command of English and Russian (both oral and written
communication).
• Strong communication skills (via phone, email and face-to-face).
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and
prioritize tasks.
• Sense of responsibility, accuracy, ability to find solutions to non-standard
situations, focus on results.

Main responsibilities:

• Control and preparation reports of business activities.
• Create and distribute reports of financial performance in a timely manner, ensuring
data accuracy.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to banks and authorities.
• Commission calculation, billing, payment control.
• Implementation of new processes and involvement in financial inputs from finance
department.
• Cooperation with other employees by providing inputs from finance department.
• Preparation and submission of VAT reports.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis, resolve discrepancies and
errors.
• Execute and document process controls related to financial compliance.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics or finance.
• Experience as an accountant for at least 2 year or similar positions.
• Good understanding of European legislation.
• Knowledge regarding taxes and VAT compliance.
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge.
• Knowledges of 7C.8(Andi) will be considered as advantage.
• Interest in data quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
• Team player with good communication skills and positive
attitude.
• Strong numerical skills.
